Renting a vehicle with RENTAGOR is straightforward. Follow these steps from selecting your vehicle to completing the return.

1. Choose Your Vehicle

Browse the available fleet and compare vehicle type, transmission, passenger capacity, luggage space, rental price, security deposit and optional services. Availability may change quickly, particularly during the summer season.

2. Select Dates and Locations

Enter your preferred pick-up and return dates, times and locations. Airport, city and accommodation delivery may be available depending on the booking. A different return location may involve an additional delivery or one-way fee.

3. Enter Your Booking Details

• Contact information: Enter a correct telephone number and email address.
• Driver information: Provide the details of the principal driver and any required additional driver.
• Flight number: Add your flight number for airport delivery so relevant schedule changes can be followed.
• Optional services: Select available insurance, child seat, cross-border permission and other services required for the trip.

4. Receive Your Confirmation

After RENTAGOR checks availability and the submitted details, we send a booking confirmation or voucher containing the vehicle, dates, locations, price and applicable conditions. Review all information and report any required correction promptly.

5. Prepare Your Documents

Bring a valid passport and driving licence. The principal and additional drivers must satisfy the requirements applicable to the selected vehicle. Keep the reservation confirmation or voucher accessible at collection.

6. Collect and Inspect the Vehicle

Our representative meets you at the agreed location. Before departure, you review the rental agreement, payment and deposit conditions, fuel level, supplied equipment and the existing condition of the vehicle.

7. During the Rental

• Drive responsibly: Follow traffic laws and the rental agreement.
• Contact us promptly: Report warning lights, breakdowns, accidents, damage or significant schedule changes immediately.
• Cross-border travel: Obtain approval before taking the vehicle outside Montenegro.
• Keep documents safe: Do not leave keys or rental documents unattended in an unsafe location.

8. Return the Vehicle

Return the vehicle at the agreed time and location with the agreed fuel level, keys, documents and supplied equipment. The vehicle is inspected and the return process is completed together with the RENTAGOR representative.

9. Deposit and Final Charges

If the vehicle is returned in accordance with the rental agreement and without new damage or outstanding charges, the security deposit is returned or released according to the payment method. Card and banking processing times may apply.
